Analysis of Home Sites In Maricopa County, AZ

This analysis was done for Dr. Homer Smith and Dr. Amy Smith to analyze the factors of a home purchase in Maricopa County, AZ. The criteria for these searches included locations near Chandler Regional Hospital, near Phoenix College, age group of 40 to 49 years old, and high house values. Two separate analysis where ran. Map 1 shows the criteria weight being equal between each. Map 2 increases the weight of being closer to the work places. Although the weights of each map vary, the same areas near the communities of Chandler and Paradise Valley deem areas that meet the criteria that have been requested.

It is recommended that these areas should be considered a priority in the selection of purchasing a home based on these criteria.
